Adam Foss, Founder, Executive Director
Adam J. Foss is a former Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office (SCDAO) in Boston, MA. Adam is a fierce advocate for criminal justice reform and the importance of the role of the prosecutor in ending Mass Incarceration. Mr. Foss believes that the profession of prosecution is ripe for reinvention requiring better incentives and more measurable metrics for success beyond, simply, “cases won.”
Jarvis Idowu, Director of Program
Jarvis grew up in Brooklyn, New York and holds a Law degree from the University of Wisconsin. He joined Prosecutor Impact in 2018 after serving as a prosecutor for three years in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Jarvis is currently responsible for PI's curriculum development and training implementation. Jarvis is passionate about working with institutional and community stakeholders to end mass incarceration.
Jon Gettle, Chief of Staff
Before joining PI, Jon worked for a decade as a software strategy and implementation consultant to enterprise and nonprofit organizations. His primary focus at PI is on growing the team and helping our program scale to meet Prosecutor Impact’s mission of ending mass incarceration. Jon holds a BA in political science from Rutgers University.
Darah Meister, Executive Assistant
Darah graduated from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University in 2017 with a BS in Public Affairs in Environmental Management. At IU, Darah helped secure funding for the development and implementation of a renewable energy system on campus. Before joining PI, Darah was at The Trust for Public Land, working with local and state governments to create public funding for land conservation in jurisdictions across the United States.
